Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Eternal Bloom.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered when you purchase from our store.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Some Eternal Bloom products may include delicate gift packaging, preserved floral elements or personalized message cards. Because of this, processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability, personalization details and seasonal demand.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Black Friday or other seasonal campaigns, processing times may be longer than usual.

If we expect a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.

2. Shipping Destinations

Eternal Bloom ships to Europe and selected international destinations.

We aim to make our products available worldwide where shipping is supported by our supplier and logistics partners.

If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we are not currently able to ship to your location.

3. Shipping Origin

Eternal Bloom works with selected international suppliers, including 0cm.

Some products may be shipped directly from our supplier in China or from another international fulfillment location.

Because products may be shipped internationally, delivery times can vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, local carriers and seasonal demand.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country, product availability and the shipping method available at checkout.

Current estimated delivery time:

Standard Shipping: 4–14 business days

Please note that this is an estimated delivery time and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, local holidays, carrier delays, weather conditions, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our control.

If additional shipping options are available at checkout, the estimated delivery time and cost will be shown before payment.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Depending on the destination, product and promotional campaign, we may offer:

- Free Standard Shipping
- Paid shipping calculated at checkout
- Promotional free shipping
- Free shipping above a certain order value

Any available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective product or another situation covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Tracking updates may be limited during international transit or while the parcel is undergoing customs clearance.

7. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped internationally, your order may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by your country.

These charges are not controlled by Eternal Bloom.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes or local charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, applicable taxes may be included or calculated at checkout depending on the order value, product and shipping method.

We recommend checking your local customs rules before placing an international order.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Eternal Bloom is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update your address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been prepared or shipped.

9. Personalized Message Cards

Some Eternal Bloom gifts may include a personalized message card.

Please make sure your message is correct before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect names, incomplete messages or formatting issues provided by the customer.

If you need to correct a personalized message, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or sent to the supplier.

10. Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

Eternal Bloom products are selected and packaged with care. However, because some items are delicate, damage may occasionally occur during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the outer packaging
- Clear photos of the inner packaging
- A brief description of the issue

Please do not discard the item or packaging until we have reviewed your claim.

After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund or another appropriate solution according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

11. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your tracking information has not updated for an unusual period of time, or if the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us.

We will review the situation with the supplier or shipping provider.

If an order is confirmed as lost, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement shipment or refund depending on the case.

Please note that international shipping delays can occur due to customs clearance, local carrier processing or seasonal demand.

12. Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address or does not collect the package from a pickup point within the carrier’s deadline, the package may be returned, delayed or discarded depending on the carrier’s policy.

Additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be resent.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or unclaimed shipment, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.

13. Orders Needed for a Specific Date

If you are ordering a gift for a specific date such as a birthday, anniversary, Valentine’s Day or special event, we recommend placing your order in advance.

Although our current Standard Shipping estimate is 4–14 business days, Eternal Bloom cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date unless this is expressly confirmed in writing before purchase.

14. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on supplier availability, fulfillment location or product type.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
